There's a saying that if you don't make the time to rest your body will force you to at the least convenient time - so I'm here to help you to find that deep, satisfying feeling of truly resting, in whatever pockets of time you have.
I know that you can't always take an hour or two out to make it to a yoga class, however much that might be exactly what you need.
I know that meditation can sound great but knowing where to start is a huge block.
